Return and Refund Policy for Levencor.store

1. Our 30-Day Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with an item, we will accept returns for a full refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the item meets the conditions outlined below.
2. General Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging, complete with all tags, instructions, and accessories.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
3. Specific Product Return Conditions
Due to hygiene, safety, and operational concerns, the following specific rules apply to your product categories:

| Pet Food & Treats | Generally Final Sale for safety reasons. | Taste Guarantee: If your pet refuses to eat a major-brand food, you may be eligible for a store credit or exchange, provided the food bag is sealed or contains at least 75% of the original contents. This exception is subject to Levencor.store approval. |
4. How to Start a Return
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email our support team at support@levencor.store within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide Information: In your email, please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with detailed instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
5. Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [Insert Number] business days.
- Exchanges: If you require an exchange for a different size or color, please indicate this in your initial email. The item must still meet the general return eligibility requirements.
6. Return Shipping
