Delivery & Shipping Policy for Levencor.store

This policy outlines our procedures for processing, shipping, and delivering your orders.

1. Shipping Destinations and Carriers

  • Shipping Region: We currently only ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
  • Carriers: We partner with major national carriers, including USPS, FedEx, and UPS, to provide the most reliable and cost-effective delivery service.

2. Order Processing & Transit Time

The delivery timeline consists of two parts: Processing Time and Shipping Time.

Note on Heavy/Fragile Items: Larger kitchen equipment or heavy pet supplies may require specialized shipping and could extend the delivery window by an additional 3-7 days.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your delivery address.

  • Standard Shipping: Rates will be calculated at checkout.
  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders. This will be automatically applied at checkout.
  • Expedited Shipping: Expedited options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

4. Order Tracking

You will receive an Order Confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a second Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order is processed and leaves our facility.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active after receiving the email.
  • If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check around your property and with neighbors first. If the package is still missing after 48 hours, contact us immediately at support@levencor.store.

5. Local Collection (Pickup)

Since our business address is California, we currently do not offer a local pickup or collection service for orders placed online. All purchases will be shipped directly to the customer’s provided delivery address.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damage: If your order arrives damaged (especially fragile kitchenware), please take clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item(s) and contact us at support@levencor.store within 48 hours of delivery. We will work quickly to replace the items or issue a full refund.
  • Loss: If your package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, we will initiate a claim and offer you the choice of a full refund or having your order reshipped at no extra cost.
